Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (8.30am – 5.45pm), Friday (8.30am – 5.15pm) [Hybrid Working Arrangement]

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and successful delivery of SaaS-based solutions and system integration projects. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, managing stakeholders, and ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle for SaaS and system implementations, from project initiation through to completion.
2. Ensure the successful deployment and integration of SaaS platforms into existing infrastructure while aligning with business needs.
3. Work closely with internal teams (development, operations, IT) and external vendors to coordinate project resources and align project goals.
4. Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout the project.
5. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines while coordinating tasks, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
6. Monitor project budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure projects stay on track.
7. Identify potential risks, issues, and roadblocks, and proactively develop solutions to mitigate these risks.
8. Manage relationships with SaaS providers and external vendors, ensuring service levels and deliverables are met.
9. Employ the appropriate project management methodologies based on the project requirements, whether Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
10. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, and post-implementation reports.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management with a focus on SaaS and system implementations.
3. Proven experience managing end-to-end SaaS integrations and system migrations.
4. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and SaaS solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce, Microsoft 365).
5. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
6. Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure and system architecture.
7. Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master) are a plus.
