This is a hands-on, business-facing role responsible for managing IT projects, vendor partnerships, and operational support across SEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage regional IT and digital transformation projects aligned with business growth objectives
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and local IT vendors to implement scalable solutions
• Oversee system development, ERP implementation, and digitalization of business operations
• Provide IT support for retail operations, including POS and customer data management
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure quality delivery of outsourced IT services

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in project management
• Strong hands-on approach with the ability to manage both strategic and operational IT tasks
• Experience with SAP (FMS/S4 HANA), Oracle NetSuite, or Magento/Adobe Commerce preferred
• Familiarity with regional retail environments, particularly in fashion or lifestyle sectors
• PMP, PRINCE2, or CITPM certification will be an advantage
