Job description

We are hiring an IT Project Manager to support public sector procurement operations. This role focuses on quotation and tender management, contract implementation, and process optimization through GeBIZ and other electronic procurement platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with other department to develop and execute procurement strategies
  • Prepare quotation and tender documents for demand aggregation projects
  • Manage procurement via GeBIZ and other electronic systems
  • Track and monitor procurement and contract implementation timelines
  • Provide professional advice on contract management and spend analysis
  • Capture case studies and lessons learned for procurement improvement
  • Support ad-hoc initiatives and projects as assigned
Who We’re Looking For
  • Tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma with experience)
  • At least 2 years of experience, ideally in procurement or public sector purchasing
  • Knowledge of GovProcurement rules, GeBIZ, IM8, or SAP is a plus
  • Strong written, communication, and coordination skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with clarity and structure
  • Positive, dependable, and fast-paced team contributor
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement systems
