Job description

• Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise digital and IT transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, effective resource utilization, and timely delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid frameworks.
• Drive alignment and communication across cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Oversee risk mitigation, financial oversight, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project success criteria.
• Deliver insightful project reporting and data-driven recommendations to executive leadership to support portfolio management and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• PMP Certified.
• At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation and IT initiatives in Financial Service/Insurance industry.
• Good knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Jira
