Project Manager – SAP Business One (SAP B1) Migration

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful migration and implementation of SAP Business One (SAP B1) across our organization. This is a critical role that will involve close collaboration with stakeholders, functional teams, and SAP partners to ensure the project is delivered on time and meets business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end SAP B1 migration project from planning to go-live.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/consultants to define requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, testing (UAT), user training, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure minimal disruption to business operations and support effective change management.
• Prepare regular progress reports and risk assessments for key stakeholders.
• Document workflows, system configurations, and SOPs related to the SAP B1 implementation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing full-cycle SAP Business One implementation or migration projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules such as Finance, Sales, Inventory, and Procurement.
• Familiar with data migration, system configuration, and user training within SAP B1 environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills — ability to manage scope, budget, timelines, and risk.

Preferred Skills / Nice to Have:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Hands-on experience with SAP B1 HANA version or cloud-hosted deployments.
• Experience integrating SAP B1 with third-party applications or legacy systems.
Background in industries such as life sciences, FMCG, or distribution is a plus
