Key Skills
- UAT Coordination and Governance : Oversee end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, including coordination with business users, test teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure timely and successful testing outcomes.
- Defect Management & Reporting : Track, log, and report test execution progress, including test case pass/fail rates, open defects, and closure rates. Facilitate daily defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
- UAT Test Planning & Metrics Tracking : Develop and maintain UAT Run Plans across testing cycles (e.g., UAT Cycle 1, Cycle 2), including execution rate monitoring, resource allocation, and go/no-go decision inputs.
- Scope Management : Define and manage the testing scope in alignment with business requirements and functional specifications. Ensure test coverage aligns with agreed deliverables.
- Requirements & Documentation Review : Review and validate Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSD) to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability of requirements.
- Hands-on UAT Support : Actively support or participate in test execution, where necessary, especially for high-priority scenarios or regression testing.
- Project Delivery Readiness : Maintain awareness of key upcoming project milestones, dependencies, and cutover activities. Ensure testing is aligned with release timelines and production readiness.
- Credit Origination Platform Implementation : Provide project delivery oversight for platform rollout, ensuring project activities (including UAT) proceed smoothly, without the need for deep domain expertise in credit products.

The team works closely with stakeholders from business functions and enterprise-wide support units to ensure strategic alignment, operational excellence, and successful delivery of cross-functional programs and projects.
About the Role
This role supports the successful delivery of strategic initiatives led by the PMO. Projects span across digital transformation, productivity improvement, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong execution capabilities, stakeholder coordination, and solution-driven thinking to ensure outcomes are met across departments and regions.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and manage key phases of the project lifecycle: discovery, design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Identify project risks and issues, facilitate resolution within working groups, and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with product owners to support business analysis, target operating model design, and issue resolution.
- Provide end-to-end project management for strategic initiatives in coordination with business units, compliance, operations, finance, risk, technology, and HR teams.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, banking, or financial services with a focus on project management or business process transformation.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive project delivery in dynamic environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence and present to senior management.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify risks and prioritize initiatives based on business value and impact.
- Proficient in business analysis using Excel and presentation development using MS PowerPoint.
