Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Deliver exceptional support for Technical Team projects, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
2.Act as a primary point of contact for clients, resolving escalated customer complaints independently and effectively.
3.Develop clear project objectives by analyzing proposals and plans, consulting with management, and establishing actionable goals.
4.Define project responsibilities by identifying phases, allocating resources, and evaluating contractor proposals.
5.Establish project specifications by reviewing product designs, client needs, and performance standards; conduct technical studies and cost analysis.
6.Develop and maintain project schedules by analyzing timelines, sequencing activities, and monitoring progress.
7.Address project challenges by resolving issues, coordinating efforts, and maintaining alignment with plans and specifications.
8.Generate detailed project status reports, analyzing data and trends to provide actionable recommendations.
9.Collaborate with the commercial team to expedite project closure and meet professional service targets.
10.Lead and manage internal team members as well as external vendors or partners.
11.Report project-related issues promptly to minimize delays and optimize resource usage.
12.Monitor and track project tasks, ensuring timely completion and negotiating with clients when delays or gaps occur.
13.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all project phases and deliverables.
