• Track milestones and manage deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.

Application Project Coordination

• Coordinate development, deployment, and enhancement of internal applications (e.g.,

WMS, ERP, internal tools).

• Collaborate with internal development teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely

delivery.

Infrastructure & Site Deployment

• Oversee infrastructure rollouts, including networks, endpoints, servers, and connectivity.

• Manage all IT aspects of new site setups in the region — from planning through to golive.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Liaise with internal stakeholders across regions and departments to align project goals.

• Engage, manage, and evaluate third-party vendors, ensuring service levels and timely

delivery.

• Handle vendor sourcing, scope definition, and post-implementation review.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Maintain up-to-date documentation including project plans, risk registers, and status

reports.

• Report progress to IT leadership, escalating issues and delays proactively.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Certifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related

field.

• Project management certification (PMP, CITPM, or PRINCE2) is an advantage.

Experience

• 6–8 years of IT project management experience with a mix of:

  • Infrastructure projects (e.g., network, server, systems rollouts)

  • Application projects (e.g., custom apps, ERP, WMS)

  • New location IT setups

• Regional project experience across Asia is preferred.

• Experience coordinating internal cross-functional teams and managing external vendors.

• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior role.

Technical Knowledge

• Broad understanding of IT architecture and infrastructure components.

• Working knowledge of software development cycles and deployment practices.

• Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.

• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams and external partners.

• Self-driven, assertive, and outcome-oriented.
