Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience in a multidisciplinary environment.
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience in Telco and IT infrastructure.
- Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

- Manage assigned Telco/ICT projects and transitions according to PMM.
- Lead project team members and manage changes in project scope.
- Support pre-sales activities and provide regular updates on project progress.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage assigned Telco/ICT projects and transitions according to Project Management Methodology (PMM), covering Initiation, Define, Organise & Plan, Implement & Control, and Handover & Closure.
- Lead project team members (matrix reporting) crucial for successful project delivery.
- Manage changes in project scope and schedule to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record risks and issues, escalate them timely to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Communicate with stakeholders and report on project progress.
- Assist team members in resolving conflicts and interface problems to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the project via strong governance.
- Support pre-sales activities by preparing Gantt charts, customized responses for bid questions, and delivering presentations on Project Management to potential clients.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to customers.
- Deliver weekly/monthly project status reports to management.
- Ensure high-quality completion of customer projects to meet customer satisfaction.
- Provide Project Completion Handover Documentation and facilitate handover to the maintenance team.
Skills for Success
- Degree in Computing, Technical, or Engineering domain.
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience in a multidisciplinary environment (e.g., Data Centre Operations, Network, Storage, Server, Middleware, Cloud, CyberSecurity) in a customer-facing role, or at least 5 years of Project Management experience in Telco and IT infrastructure environments.
- Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, CITPM).
- Proven ability to work with customers and third-party vendors at senior and executive management levels.
