Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across web and mobile platforms. You’ll manage multiple stakeholders, translate client needs into executable scopes, and guide internal teams to complete projects on time and within scope. You must be proactive, solutions-oriented, and confident in navigating fast-paced digital projects.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Management
  • Translate business and client requirements into structured project plans.

  • Create and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking.

  • Anticipate delivery risks and implement mitigation plans early.

Client Communication
  • Act as the primary client liaison for all assigned projects.

  • Run kickoff meetings, weekly updates, milestone reviews, and post-mortems.

  • Help clients understand scope, timeline feasibility, and implications of changes.

Internal Coordination
  • Assign and follow up with UI/UX, developers, and QA on deliverables.

  • Ensure project documentation (e.g. SOWs, change logs, status reports) is up-to-date.

  • Flag any blockers to the management team with proposed solutions.

Execution Oversight
  • Ensure testing, deployment, and handover processes are smooth and well-documented.

  • Use Asana to manage timelines, task delegation, and status visibility.

  • Continuously identify ways to improve project workflows and efficiency.

Requirements
Must-Have:
  • 3–7 years experience in digital project management (software/web/app development).

  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects and meet tight deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfortable working directly with clients, developers, and designers.

  • Able to write and review SOWs, manage scope changes, and track budgets.

  • Experience using Asana for task and project management.

Good-to-Have:
  • Background in software development, UX design, QA, or technical product management.

  • Experience working with system integrators or agencies managing government projects.

  • Familiarity with VAPT, DevOps, AWS, or web hosting environments.

  • Exposure to government grant projects such as EDG or CTC.
