Job Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders on projects. This role will gather an understanding of the customer's business objectives and strategic objectives and propose solutions.
  2. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide strategic project management leading to the alignment of project goals between the business stakeholders and delivery team.
  3. Work closely with the teams to continually improve the end-user experience and customer satisfaction.
  4. Become a subject matter expert to develop cross-team services solution proposals, which may include components of functional and technical scope and architecture, system integration, user experiences, training, and gain consensus on an acceptable proposal across the internal team.
  5. Project management and manage quality of deliverables and formulate quality improvement plans to address gaps identified.
  6. Champion high levels of IT service and support in projects by developing a strong understanding of how operations may impact service areas, and planning measures to minimize such impacts.
  7. Manage the service quality of IT services and performance and suggest improvements wherever required.
  8. Manage vendor performance through service level management and business engagement.
  9. Lead/support the evaluation of the potential operational impact resulting from any regulatory changes or legislation which affects business compliance arrangements, procedures, processes, and awareness.
  10. Review existing policies and controls, and suggest improvements to enhance internal frameworks and processes.

Job Requirements

  1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields.
  2. At least 10 years of experience in project management with 3 years directly in program management in large-scale organizations.
  3. Experience in report writing and administration work.
  4. Experience in contract and vendor management.
  5. Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  6. Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  7. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  8. Analytical and strong resource management.
  9. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels in the organization.
