Responsibilities

• Coordinate and advance internal IT projects by liaising with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to meet objectives and timelines
• Manage daily operations and optimize internal enterprise systems through issue tracking, requirements gathering, change management, and service quality enhancements
• Communicate with Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and Administration to understand needs and facilitate system solutions
• Oversee collaboration with external vendors by monitoring delivery, managing service quality, SLAs, and escalation of issues
• Establish and improve IT service management processes for incidents, problems, changes, and upgrades
• Identify project risks, track progress, coordinate resolutions, and drive cross-department collaboration for stability
• Produce detailed project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and management materials
• Participate in governance and process optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Support system optimization and process review efforts aligned with business priorities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and advance internal IT projects by liaising with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure projects meet planned objectives and timelines
• Manage daily operations and optimize internal enterprise systems through issue tracking, requirement gathering, change management, and service quality enhancement
• Communicate regularly with Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and Administration departments to understand needs and facilitate system solution implementations
• Oversee collaboration with external vendors and implementation partners by monitoring delivery, managing service quality, tracking SLAs, and escalating issues as needed
• Establish and improve IT service management processes, including standardized handling of incidents, problems, changes, and upgrades
• Identify project risks, track progress, coordinate issue resolution, and drive cross-departmental collaboration to maintain project and system stability
• Produce detailed project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and management materials to enhance transparency and communication
• Participate in internal system governance and process optimization initiatives to improve corporate system operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT project management within corporate or enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience in IT operations management and continuous service improvement
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system solutions
• Experience managing external vendors and implementation partners, including service quality management and SLA monitoring
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices such as ITIL, including incident, problem, change, and escalation processes
• Strong project management skills demonstrated by successful delivery of IT projects
• Ability to produce comprehensive project documentation and presentations for management
