IT Project Executive (RRWJ)

IT Project Executive @ Central Area

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and translate client requirements into clear technical specifications

• Develop detailed project schedules, define milestones and key deliverables

• Collaborate with developers to perform cost and impact analysis

• Track project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders

• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth delivery within timeline and budget

• Monitor and manage deliverables, risks, issues, and change requests

• Support testing processes to ensure solutions meet quality standards

• Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members

• Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and presentations

• Obtain client sign-off on project milestones and final deliverables

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects through their entire lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline

• At least 4 years of project management experience in IT/software development

• Proficiency in Mandarin (for communication with overseas counterparts)

• Certifications like PMP or ITIL are an advantage

Skills & Experience:

• Solid understanding of system design and business process analysis

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL databases

• Bonus: Experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, AJAX, and Socket programming

• Able to produce clear and concise technical documentation

• Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility in changing environments

• Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team

• Willing to travel and work on-site when required
