What will you do?
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, expectations, converting them into technical specifications that will direct the project execution.
- Work with the internal team to brainstorm, prepare and present project proposal to clients.
- Keep track of project progress, monitor timelines, and regularly inform stakeholders about the current status of the project.
- Monitor outstanding deliverables and milestones, managing any change requests that arise during the project.
- Assist in testing project deliverables to confirm they fulfill the specified quality standards and customer demands.
- Serve as a bridge between customers, vendors, and stakeholders to promote effective communication and teamwork.
- Create and maintain thorough project documentation, which includes presentations and reports on project activities.
- Secure customer approval of project deliverables, ensuring satisfaction with the final results.
- Manage multiple software projects concurrently, guiding them through every stage from initiation to completion.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- At least 1 to 3 years of project administration experience in the development, implementation and support of software development projects
- Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
- Able to develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationships
- Able to travel to customer sites locally as required
