Role Overview

As an IT Project Executive, you will be the bridge between technology and business—driving project coordination, ensuring seamless integration, and supporting end users throughout the system lifecycle. You’ll work closely with consultants, developers, and vendors to deliver solutions that meet business needs while keeping projects on track.

Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Oversee day-to-day progress of IT projects, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Integration Support: Maintain and update technical documentation for integration services and system interfaces.
  • Issue Management: Troubleshoot and resolve integration or system-related issues, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for timely solutions.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and alignment with business requirements.
  • Training & Documentation: Create and deliver user manuals, operational guides, and training sessions to support system adoption.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, manage user expectations, and ensure alignment with project scope and timelines.
  • Ad-Hoc Project Support: Participate in special projects and other operational tasks as assigned by management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Project Management or Fintech Experience: Background in IT project coordination or Fintech environments preferred. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong Multitasking Skills: Able to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously with precision and calm under pressure.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of IT systems, integrations, and project lifecycle processes.
