Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up on IT project implementations, ensuring timely execution
• Prepare project documentation, user manuals, and provide user training
• Oversee IT-related projects involving technology analysis, solution implementation, and system maintenance
• Provide first-level ERP support
• Travel regionally as needed to support project and system requirements
• Contribute to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives, including risk assessments and incident reporting
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, objectives, and relevant legal regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned in alignment with business needs

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• ERP support experience is an advantage (training will be provided)
• Quick learner with a positive, proactive attitude and strong listening skills
• Strong analytical thinking and a creative approach to problem-solving
