Job description

Position: IT Project Coordinator

Location: Labrador Park

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Monthly Salary: up to $5,500 per month

Contract Type: Full-Time, 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations and liaise with contractors to ensure the Operation Centre runs efficiently.

  • Manage and execute all required administrative tasks including operational logistics and contractor arrangements.

  • Escort vendors or contractors on-site for maintenance or system-related works when necessary.

  • Provide technical support for provisioning end-user equipment (e.g., imaging, security patching, application upgrades).

  • Maintain and reconcile the inventory of all project assets and ensure accurate documentation in the asset management system.

  • Perform goods receiving, billing checks, and invoice verification for project equipment.

  • Assist in the procurement of operational and IT equipment and supplies.

  • Undertake any other duties as assigned to support smooth operations and project success.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

  • Prior experience as a desktop support technician, including administration of laptops, desktops, and peripherals.

  • Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows environments and Office applications.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret operational data effectively.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
