An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage project activities and support the NLB project manager. This role involves tracking project timelines, ensuring documentation accuracy, and facilitating communication between vendors and users during User Acceptance Testing. Candidates should possess a Diploma in IT or Computer Science and have at least one year of relevant experience in IT support or administration. Responsibilities:
Track, compile, and organize project-related activities to ensure all aspects of a project are well-managed and meet timeline and deliverables requirements.
Report project risks and outcomes to NLB project managers and stakeholders.
Ensure all important documents are updated accurately and maintained with proper version control.
Act as a liaison between vendors and users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Take on project tracking and follow-up responsibilities for new application systems once operational.
Assist users and respond to queries related to supported operational systems.
Interface with helpdesk agents, end-users, and external vendors during application support and issue resolution.
Assist the Project Manager with site visits as required.
Be available to work beyond regular office hours, including before/after library operating hours, weekends, and public holidays for project-related activities, deployments, and UAT.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role.
Have a minimum of one (1) year of working experience in an IT support or IT administration role within the Infocomm industry.
Have exposure to project coordination involving multiple departments.
Serve as support to the NLB project manager and complement their responsibilities.
The Candidate is to have working knowledge in Project Management tracking tools such as ServiceNow.
