Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical IT Project Coordinator / Business Analyst to support IT project planning, process evaluation, and solution implementation. The ideal candidate will work closely with IT and business teams to manage project pipelines, assess change requests, and help deliver high-quality IT solutions, particularly in manufacturing and enterprise systems environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the IT Manager in managing the IT project pipeline and ensuring adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.

• Participate in IT project planning, prioritizing initiatives based on complexity, urgency, and resource availability.

• Review and evaluate IT project and change requests, maintain a master list of IT projects, and provide regular updates on project progress and accomplishments.

• Assign reference numbers for IT requests, review proposed changes to business process flows, conduct preliminary risk and dependency assessments, and liaise between requestors and the DevOps team.

• Coordinate with external support teams to resolve new issue types, facilitate knowledge transfer to internal IT support teams, and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for common incident handling.

• Translate customer and internal business requirements into functional specifications, and support solution implementation across manufacturing and business systems.

• Provide regular progress reports on IT project and change management activities to stakeholders, contribute to IT solution design, and support system backup and contingency planning.

• Identify gaps and dependencies in current systems through detailed analysis, support system integration testing (SIT), coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.

• Collaborate with regional or global IT teams (e.g., SAP, B2B, Supply Chain, WMS) for issue investigation, root cause analysis, and testing, and coordinate with local business teams for resolution.

• Work with development and support teams to analyze issues, identify root causes, and support resolution and bug fixes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in gathering user requirements, performing system and process analysis, drafting functional specifications, and implementing IT systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as VB, .NET, or C# is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of project management principles and SDLC practices.

• Experience in IT system implementation within a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
