Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Personnel (Executive) to join our IT Support team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our back-of-house IT infrastructure, including Azure Cloud storage management, IT firewall and security management, ERP application, POS system management, payroll and TMS systems, and other operational systems across 80+ food kiosks and various projects and solutions.

IT Personnel (Executive) will work closely with existing IT team members, other department heads, and users to manage core infrastructure, support POS systems, oversee hardware and software asset management, and report to the Financial Controller regarding internal controls.

Candidate should be willing to relocate to 14 Senoko Way (Near Woodlands/Sembawang) by the end of 2025.

Responsibilities:
POS Epoint Support:
  • Serve as the point of contact for all site-based POS system requirements, educate users on basic handling of sales and promotion items, payment modes, and ensure user-friendly POS setup.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for end users at outlets.
  • Support technical issues at outlet level.
  • Assist with POS setup or relocation for new or closed outlets.
  • Support marketing activities by setting up promotional codes in POS systems efficiently.
HQ User Support:
  • Provide support for Windows OS, Mobile Device Management, infrastructure, video conferencing systems, and Microsoft Teams; manage onboarding and offboarding of users and laptops.
  • Coordinate with vendors on new IT infrastructure setups for new buildings.
IT Documentation:
  • Maintain up-to-date records of user access, manage IT credential documents, and system documentation.
Projects and Application Support:
  • Support business applications to ensure smooth user experience during project implementations.
  • Lead project evaluations.
Network Management:
  • Manage servers, printers, computers, Wi-Fi, ERP software, VoIP telephone systems, desktops, laptops, M365, and security solutions.
IT Business Partnering:
  • Collaborate with operations to optimize store processes, sales collection, self-ordering, CRM, and other projects.
  • Coordinate with IT management service providers on cybersecurity threats and intrusion management.
Job Requirements:
  1. Minimum Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
  2. At least 3 years of technical support experience with ERP systems and server backup/maintenance.
  3. Familiarity with Epoint POS system.
  4. Must meet all criteria listed before applying, including overseeing IT services, infrastructure, and ERP/POS systems.
  5. Experience managing hardware, software, connectivity, asset lifecycle, and IT policies.
  6. Strong vendor management skills and understanding of networking and cloud infrastructure.
