Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Personnel (Executive) to join our IT Support team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our back of house IT infrastructure including Azure Cloud storage management, IT firewall and security management, ERP application, POS system management, payroll and TMS system, and other outlets operational systems for over 80 food kiosks outlets and other projects and solutions collaboration.

The IT Personnel (Executive) will work closely with existing IT team members, other department HODs, and users to manage core infrastructure, support POS systems and promotional setup, and oversee hardware and software asset management, reporting to the Financial Controller in terms of internal controls.

Candidate should be willing to relocate to 14 Senoko Way (Near Woodlands/Sembawang) by the end of 2025.

Responsibilities:

POS Epoint Support:

  • Serve as the point of contact for all site-based POS systems requirements, educate POS users on basic handling of various POS sales items, promotion items, payment acceptance modes, and ensure POS setup is always user-friendly.

  • Conduct regular refresher courses for the end users at the outlet level.

  • Support end users for all technical issues at the outlet level.

  • Attend to new outlets/closed outlets POS system setup or relocation.

  • Understand POS system setup and how to support marketing activities in terms of setting up POS promotional codes in the shortest time to roll out various promotional initiatives.

HQ User Support:

  • Provide primary support for Windows Operating System, Mobile Device Management, infrastructure, video conferencing systems, and Microsoft Teams, onboarding and outgoing users issuance of laptops.

  • Work with vendors on new building IT infrastructure setup.

IT Documentation:

  • Keep up to date on all user access, manage IT infrastructure credential documents and systems documents, etc.

Projects and Application Support:

  • Provide support for business applications and ensure a smooth user experience for projects/solutions implementation.

  • Act as team leader in all project evaluations.

Management of Network:

  • Manage Servers, Printers, Computers, Wi-Fi, Software ERP, Telephone System (VoIP), work on deploying and managing desktops, laptops, M365 Business Suite, and security solutions.

IT Business Partnering:

  • Partnering with operations in providing the best solution to process flow at stores in areas of sales collections, self-ordering systems, CRM projects among other projects.

  • Cyber Security, with IT management service company to respond to threats and intrusion management services and others.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field.

  2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in technical support in ERP systems, as well as experience with servers backup and maintenance.

  3. Familiar with Epoint POS.

  4. Candidate must possess the criteria before applying.

  5. Oversee IT services and operations, network infrastructure, and telecommunication services, as well as handle the full spectrum of ERP systems including POS systems.

  6. Oversee hardware and software issues, installations, and updates.

  7. Manage connectivity, asset lifecycle (procurement to disposal), and IT policies.

  8. Strong vendor management skills and understanding of networking, cloud infrastructure, and work with vendor/systems manager for user support and incident resolution.
