Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking an IT/OT Network Engineer for a permanent role in East Singapore. You will provision network resources, onboard tools in OT environments, and coordinate switch configurations to ensure secure tool connectivity.

The role requires a diploma in IT or related field with at least 3 years in IT infrastructure or cybersecurity. Experience with VLAN provisioning, IP assignment, and firewall rules (Check Point or similar) is essential.

Qualifications

Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent; minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network operations, or cybersecurity.
Hands-on experience with VLAN provisioning, IP assignment and firewall rule implementation (Check Point or similar).
Experience conducting security assessments or risk evaluations for new tools or systems.

Responsibilities

Provision network resources and onboarding tasks for tools in OT environments.
Coordinate with network teams for switch port configuration, trunking, and tagging to ensure tool connectivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable, and policy-compliant tool onboarding.
Work with cybersecurity team to validate assessment findings and recommend mitigations.
Manage small-scale IT/OT integration and onboarding projects.
