A leading company is seeking a proactive IT operations support professional. The role encompasses project management tasks, vendor coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of business operations. Ideal candidates will possess relevant experience and a strong analytical mindset.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support Business operations, project management tasks, and vendor coordination across multiple business functions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, presales, implementation, and operations to ensure smooth execution of system operations related activities and business processes.
Assist in the creation, tracking, and management of project tasks and project management activities.
Support the logging and resolution of incidents related to key business IT platforms.
Coordinate vendor engagements, including purchase order creation and service management.
Manage customer site access requests, including task initiation, progress tracking, and closure within IT systems.
Collaborate across departments—sales, presales, implementation, and operations—to support business and technical requirements.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by management.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT operations or project support.
Hands-on experience with IT systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Oracle.
Familiarity with Data Center operations is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
