Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support Business operations, project management tasks, and vendor coordination across multiple business functions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, presales, implementation, and operations to ensure smooth execution of system operations related activities and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation, tracking, and management of project tasks and project management activities.

  • Support the logging and resolution of incidents related to key business IT platforms.

  • Coordinate vendor engagements, including purchase order creation and service management.

  • Manage customer site access requests, including task initiation, progress tracking, and closure within IT systems.

  • Collaborate across departments—sales, presales, implementation, and operations—to support business and technical requirements.

  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT operations or project support.

  • Hands-on experience with IT systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Oracle.

  • Familiarity with Data Center operations is a plus.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
