Responsibilities

• To support the daily network operations and support (Types of Support: Phone, Email, Remote and On-site)
• Coordinating and handling network incidents and maintenance support (including HQ and remote office operations).
• Processing firewall change requests.
• Reviewing and housekeeping the VPN and firewall rules.
• Coordinating with third parties on site-survey, installations
• Installing and configuring network equipment.
• Coordinating with vendor for LAN rooms cleaning & Network Cablings

Requirements

• at least 3 years’ experience in Network Infrastructure Operations/Projects.
• Professional certification(s) in Network Infrastructure
