Overview

Position : IT Network Engineer (Infrastructure/Set-up & Configuration) - Up to $6,000

Location : Ubi

Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm

Salary : Up to $6,000 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical Leave + Transport Reimbursement

Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage office IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, servers, AD, VPN).
• Configure and maintain firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, Ubiquiti, TP-Link).
• Deploy and manage wireless networks (Ruckus, Aruba, Meraki).
• Administer Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP) and firewall VPN authentication.
• Support Microsoft 365 (Intune, Exchange, Azure AD).
• Document deployments and client configurations.
• Provide incident response, including after-hours support when needed.
• Stay updated on emerging IT technologies to optimize client systems.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in IT related field with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and support roles.
• Prior experience in a System Integrator (SI) environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge in both networking and system administration.
• Bilingual in English and conversational Mandarin to communicate with patients who can only speak Mandarin.
• Possession of a Class 3 license and own transport is preferred (mileage reimbursement will be provided).
