Responsibilities:
1. IT Infrastructure & Operations Management
Oversee the bank’s IT infrastructure including networks, servers, storage, and data centers.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems and services.
2. Regulatory Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with MAS regulations, Technology Risk Management (TRM) Guidelines, and Cyber Hygiene Notices.
Support audits and risk assessments, and implement corrective actions as needed.
3. Core Banking & Application Support
Manage and support core banking systems, digital banking platforms, and third-party applications.
Oversee system upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning.
4. Cybersecurity Management
Implement cybersecurity frameworks and incident response plans.
Collaborate with security teams to manage threats, conduct penetration testing, and maintain endpoint security.
5. Project Management & Digital Transformation
Lead IT and digital transformation projects (e.g., cloud adoption, mobile banking, data analytics).
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
6. IT Strategy & Planning
Align IT initiatives with business goals, budgeting, and long-term technology planning.
Evaluate emerging technologies and propose innovation strategies.
7. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders including business units and compliance.
Requirements
Relevant degree with at least 6 years of IT experience in the financial services space.
Practical knowledge in SWIFT system.
