Responsibilities:

1. IT Infrastructure & Operations Management

  • Oversee the bank’s IT infrastructure including networks, servers, storage, and data centers.

  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems and services.

2. Regulatory Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with MAS regulations, Technology Risk Management (TRM) Guidelines, and Cyber Hygiene Notices.

  • Support audits and risk assessments, and implement corrective actions as needed.

3. Core Banking & Application Support

  • Manage and support core banking systems, digital banking platforms, and third-party applications.

  • Oversee system upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning.

4. Cybersecurity Management

  • Implement cybersecurity frameworks and incident response plans.

  • Collaborate with security teams to manage threats, conduct penetration testing, and maintain endpoint security.

5. Project Management & Digital Transformation

  • Lead IT and digital transformation projects (e.g., cloud adoption, mobile banking, data analytics).

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

6. IT Strategy & Planning

  • Align IT initiatives with business goals, budgeting, and long-term technology planning.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and propose innovation strategies.

7. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders including business units and compliance.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree with at least 6 years of IT experience in the financial services space.

  • Practical knowledge in SWIFT system.

  • hold relevant professional IT certification.
