Job Description:

  • Oversee the management and maintenance of office IT infrastructure, including workstations, printers, networking hardware, and communication systems.
  • Ensure the reliability and availability of critical IT resources and services, including local servers, office network systems, and internal databases.
  • Administer and support the SAP system, ensuring its smooth operation and availability for internal users and provide regular updates and patches for the SAP environment, ensuring the system remains secure and optimized for business needs.
  • Manage the Jedox system, providing day-to-day support and ensuring it is performing optimally and monitor Jedox system performance, troubleshoot issues, and address system errors, working closely with finance and business teams.
  • Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of all internal software systems, ensuring seamless operation for business functions such as HR, finance, and operations.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify system requirements, configure and customize software solutions to improve business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on supporting office infrastructure and enterprise systems like SAP and Jedox.
  • Proven experience with SAP system administration, troubleshooting, and configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with Jedox administration, particularly in the context of financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven experience in managing new office setup projects, from infrastructure to operations, is an advantage.
  • Experience managing internal IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security protocols.
