We are seeking a strategic and hands-on IT Manager to lead a team of data professionals in delivering high-impact analytics solutions. This role involves overseeing the development of data models, advanced analytics, and business intelligence tools, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and grow a team of data analysts and data scientists.

• Strategic Data InitiativesDefine and execute the data analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Project Oversight & ExecutionOversee the design and implementation of data models that integrate multiple data sources for a unified view.

  Ensure timely delivery of high-quality dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI.
  
• Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementPartner with business units to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.

  Act as a liaison between technical teams and business leaders to ensure alignment and impact.
