Information Technology (IT) Operation

1. Manage IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based servers, storage, and networking systems.
2. Ensure high availability and performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems.
3. Plan and implement IT infrastructure upgrades to meet evolving business needs.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and network-related problems efficiently.
5. Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
6. Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide opportunities for skill development.
7. Work closely with departments to address IT requirements and ensure alignment.
8. Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect organizational assets.
9. Ensure compliance with PDPA, cybersecurity frameworks, and ISO 27001 standards.
10. Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and manage timely responses to incidents.
11. Oversee access management, firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint security systems.
12. Plan and execute IT projects aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
13. Manage IT budgets, resources, and relationships with vendors effectively.
14. Partner with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality IT service delivery.
15. Provide regular updates on IT projects, operations, and performance improvements.
16. Establish protocols for monitoring infrastructure and network performance.
17. Implement robust data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
18. Manage cloud resources and ensure seamless integration with on-prem systems.
19. Act as the primary contact for internal and external IT-related matters.
20. Present IT performance metrics and improvement plans to senior management.

Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree in IT Management.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network management, and team leadership.
3. Strong knowledge of server administration, networking, storage solutions, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
4. Hands-on experience with IT security tools and practices, including firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint security.
5. Familiarity with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
6. Candidates with these certifications will have a distinct advantage: ITIL, ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM, Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Administrator, CCNA and CCNP. Equivalent experience may also be considered.
7. Excellent analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues with strong decision-making and critical-thinking capabilities.
