Job Description

Alliance Française de Singapour is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Manager to oversee its IT infrastructure, software systems, digital platforms, and outsourced IT services. The successful candidate will serve as the key contact for external IT partners such as Neurones (IT support provider), Portcities (Odoo ERP), and ATL Software (Arc-en-ciel). You will also manage the organisation’s website and lead digital transformation projects that support our educational, cultural, and administrative operations.

Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Support

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day IT operations with outsourced vendor Neurones.
• Maintain hardware and software inventories, manage procurements, and oversee cybersecurity and backup procedures.
• Provide internal Tier-1 IT support and escalate issues where necessary.

Software & System Administration

• Administer Odoo ERP, working closely with Portcities for support, updates, and training.
• Manage Arc-en-ciel system with ATL Software, ensuring it aligns with pedagogical and operational needs.
• Ensure data integrity and integration across platforms.

Website Management

• Maintain and update the organisation’s public website, ensuring functionality, SEO, and performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and web developers for content and feature updates.

Project Management & Digital Strategy

• Lead digital transformation and IT projects (e.g., software upgrades, new integrations, process automation).
• Plan project timelines, manage resources, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
• Recommend and implement digital solutions to improve internal efficiency and user experience.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with Singapore PDPA and internal data protection policies.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems, processes, and user training.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main liaison for:
  • Neurones – IT support and infrastructure
  • Portcities – Odoo ERP
  • ATL Software – Arc-en-ciel
  • Web agencies – Website development and hosting

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in education, cultural, or non-profit sectors.
• Experience with vendor coordination and system administration.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo, Arc-en-ciel, and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Strong knowledge of IT project management and digital tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with French language or multicultural environments.
• Google Workspace admin experience.
• Knowledge of data protection and cybersecurity best practices.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
