IT Manager

Location: Jurong East, Singapore

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure, including building servers, managing networks, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a passion for IT and a solid foundation in network management and server administration.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
• Recommend technology solutions (e.g., End User Computing, Cloud/SaaS, Office 365), and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Manage the setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and IT hardware.
• Optimise IT infrastructure for reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Act as the primary contact for information security.
• Collaborate with external security services to ensure robust cybersecurity measures.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and access controls.
• Evaluate, manage, and optimise cloud/SaaS solutions, including cloud migration projects.
• Oversee Office 365 services to enhance collaboration and productivity.
• Coordinate software development projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure compatibility, interoperability, and scalability of IT systems and applications.
• Implement and maintain IT service desk processes, including incident management and resolution tracking.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for IT infrastructure support.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Fresh grads are welcome.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and software development.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving approach and a passion for technology.
• Preferably able to start work immediately.
