A facilities management company in Singapore is seeking a technical support specialist to perform IT system troubleshooting, manage user applications, and ensure compliance in system maintenance. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in IT, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Cybersecurity implementation experience is a plus. This role includes responsibilities across various IT projects and daily operations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform Security Health Check of Windows servers and other compliance.
Provide hands-on technical support to end users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop hardware, software and network problems
Identify and diagnose problems with hardware, software or configuration of equipment and make repairs or recommend changes to hardware and/or software to resolve problems
Assist in various cross-department IT projects and implementation
Assist and manage procurement of Info Comm related equipment / services with compliance to the TC Financial Rules
Provide L1/L2 support for end users.
Installation and deployment of PCs, Laptops, AV and printers.
Perform network troubleshooting and manage LAN, Switches & IT related communications system.
Administration and maintenance of Email accounts.
Ensure update of documentation in relation to changes in IT environment.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
Degree / Diploma qualification in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in general IT systems support
Experienced in the management of IT applications users, cyber security implementation will be an added advantage.
