Job description

Skills required:

• 5+ years strong experience in IT Infrastructure Monitoring tools is required.
• Good experience in configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.
• Install, configure, and maintain AppDynamics agents on various platforms.
• Troubleshoot AppDynamics incidents, including issues related to agent installation, data collection, and performance.
• Good experience in configuration and maintenance of SolarWinds products.
• Strong experience in CA UIM, SCOM, and ITSM Tools - BMC Helix, Service Now, Remedy.

Education:

Degree / Diploma - Computer Science / IT related qualification is required.
