Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated IT Infrastructure & Support professional to join our Singapore branch. The successful candidate will provide essential IT support and contribute to the management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication to support our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide 1st line technical support for CIB applications, systems, and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.

Incident Management: Respond to and resolve IT support tickets and incidents in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.

Infrastructure Maintenance: Assist in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.

Hardware Inventory: Maintain accurate inventories of hardware and ensure proper tracking, deployment, and disposal.

Collaboration: Work closely with Asia Hub (Hong Kong) IT and global IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.

System Upgrades: Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.

Security and Compliance: Ensure all systems and applications comply with corporate security policies and regulatory requirements.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and procedures to support ongoing operations and future projects.

User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their technical skills and understanding of IT systems where applicable.

Business Continuity Management: Coordinate periodic business continuity drills and maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in various IT systems, including networking, servers, storage, databases and cybersecurity.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL, Cisco Certified Network Associate) are advantageous.

Global Experience: Experience working in a global organization with diverse teams and stakeholders
