Job summary

Cognizant Consulting in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the new facility IT workstream, coordinating network, local hosting, cloud hosting, AV and cybersecurity with internal and external resources.

You will provide on-site hands-and-eyes support for remote technical teams, oversee VM, database, storage and backup setups, and manage footprints from site setup to relocation while ensuring governance and change control.

Qualifications

• 5 years+ project management experience.
• Familiar with new site IT infrastructure setup.
• Hands-on experience for IT network and hosting experience.
• Program Management Skills along with Networking/Hosting (computing, storage, backup, edge computing)/Cloud (AWS)

Responsibilities

• Agree and deliver project plans with activities, resources, costs, roles and quality.
• Deliver IT infrastructure projects across cloud and on‑prem, aligning with business needs.
• Manage footprint projects (site setup/relocation) with conferencing and site IT teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, risks, changes, and status reporting to stakeholders.
• Lead governance, steering meetings, and ensure benefits realization.
• Develop service transition plans for hand‑over to support.
• Ensure adherence to standards (ADF, quality, compliance) and best practices.
• Coach and develop project team; communicate changes to stakeholders.
