Requirements
Experienced IT Infrastructure Manager with over 7 years of hands-on expertise in managing complex IT environments across multiple regions. Proven track record in leading global infrastructure initiatives, optimizing system performance, and ensuring robust security compliance. Adept at strategic planning, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable and resilient IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee global IT infrastructure operations, including data centres, cloud platforms, network systems, and endpoint devices.
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure strategies to support business growth and digital transformation across international offices. Plays a key strategic and operational role in driving digital transformation across the organisation.
- Manage global teams and coordinate with regional IT leads to ensure consistent service delivery and infrastructure standards.
- Develop and enforce global IT policies, including security protocols, compliance measures, and disaster recovery plans. Ensure data governance and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Drive infrastructure modernization projects, including cloud migration, virtualization, and automation initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including network infrastructure, systems administration, and user support.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with international data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and industry standards. Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are up to date and tested.
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues across global sites.
- Provide management-level reporting on infrastructure health, security posture, and strategic initiatives.
Skills and Experience
1. Technical Skills
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Experience with networking (DNS, DHCP, SDWAN, VPNs, routing, firewalls)
- Proficiency in server management (file servers, database servers)
- Expertise in virtualization and cloud technologies (VMware, Microsoft Azure)
- Backup and disaster recovery strategies
- System monitoring and performance tuning
2. Security and Compliance
- Security best practices (firewalls, antivirus, encryption, access control)
- Understanding of data protection regulations for multiple regions (GDPR, etc.)
- Experience with patch management and vulnerability assessment
3. Troubleshooting and Support
- Implementation of ITSM and asset management

Studies
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Certifications:

- Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Cyber Security: CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA, CEH
- Management: ITIL, PMP
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure, network administration, system management, and security best practices. Familiarity with the organization's specific technology stack is a significant advantage.
