IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Purpose:

Lead and optimize IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to support reliable business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT systems, network, and infrastructure planning to support business growth and stability.

• Oversee daily operations, updates, and troubleshooting of servers, cloud, and networks.

• Ensure IT security and regulatory compliance with data protection and recovery practices.

• Manage and mentor the IT team to drive performance, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.

• Monitor systems, maintain documentation, and report on performance and technical improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.

• 8+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure, operations, and systems management.

• Strong knowledge of servers, networking, virtualization, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms.

• Proven leadership with team management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Certifications in Office 365, ITIL, AWS, Azure, or CCNA preferred but not essential.
