Mon to Fri 9am to 630pm

Basic up to $8500 + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT applications, infrastructure, and project management to support business operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize IT projects and maximize ROI.
• Ensure IT governance, security policies, and compliance with audit requirements.
• Manage IT resources, team performance, and conduct staff appraisals.
• Lead change management initiatives to enhance IT solutions and service excellence.
• Plan and control IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in a similar IT leadership role.
• Hands-on expertise in on-premise & cloud platforms (retail industry experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of IT governance, security, risk, and change management.
• Excellent project management and vendor management skills.
• Ability to strategize, lead teams, and drive business-focused IT solution
