We are a dynamic and fast-growing private education and training provider dedicated to empowering learners through high-quality programmes and digital learning experiences. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are looking for a proactive IT Infrastructure & Support Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations across our classrooms and office systems.
He / She needs to oversee day-to-day IT operations, support users across multiple locations, and lead infrastructure projects. This role combines hands-on technical support with strategic infrastructure management, ensuring seamless digital experiences for staff, trainers, and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries from trainers, staff, and students.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, Wi-Fi, printers, AV systems, and classroom technology (projectors, speakers, smart boards).
- Support all online learning platforms used for training delivery and exam administration.
- Maintain and update user accounts, reset passwords, and configure user devices.
- Manage biometric access control systems, CCTV, and monitor access logs across all locations.
- Coordinate onsite and offsite training setups and logistics.
- Lead IT infrastructure design, deployment, and lifecycle management (on-premise and cloud).
- Ensure network and system security, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
- Monitor system performance and handle escalated troubleshooting.
- Oversee IT inventory, vendor management, repairs, and service contracts (SLAs).
- Document IT procedures, maintain service logs, and manage support documentation.
- Support facility management and coordinate with service providers.
- Develop and manage IT budgets and procurement plans.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in an IT role (education/training sector is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Windows, basic networking, and troubleshooting IT setups.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable supporting non-technical users.
- A team player who is resourceful, organized, and able to multitask.
