Qualifications

• Expérience avec matériel réseau et centres de données locaux.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and security systems. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals across local and regional offices, while ensuring adherence to IT policies and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support network, server, storage, and security systems.

• Troubleshoot and maintain hardware, software, and user setups.

• Support IT projects and recommend system improvements.

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and manage security tools.

• Conduct regular backups, security updates, and disaster recovery drills.

• Monitor system logs to detect and resolve threats.

• Collaborate with HQ, regional IT teams, and vendors for implementations and support.

• Manage IT vendor coordination for repairs and replacements.

Key Technologies:

• FortiGate Firewall & EMS VPN

• HP Switches, VeloCloud SD-WAN

• VMWare, Veeam Backup, Cortex, Qualys

• PDQ Deploy, Microsoft AD, GPO, O365

Requirements:

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, especially Windows Server administration.

• Strong knowledge in AD, GPO, and IT security.

• Experience with SCCM, network hardware, on-prem data centers.

• Skilled in troubleshooting IT systems and user support.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
