IT Infrastructure Engineer (Quality Assurance System)

• Technical Support Services: Provide technical support for DevSecOps/Integrated Application Lifecycle Management (iALM) system.
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor and maintain iALM applications and infrastructure in both production and non-production environments.
• Incident Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve iALM incidents raised by users in accordance with SLAs.
• DevSecOps Workflows: Create DevSecOps workflows based on ALM workflows.
• User Account Management: Set up new user accounts and profiles.
• Vendor Liaison: Liaise with iALM product IT support as necessary.
• System Integration: Ensure integration and connectivity of iALM with other systems.
• User Training: Provide training for users on updated iALM workflows, features, and recommend best practices.
• Document Publishing Support: Assist users in publishing documents and creating templates.
• Application Migration: Manage the migration from iALM applications to recommended tools.
• Process Optimization: Recommend optimal processes and workflows tailored to improve system performance.
• User Guide Updates: Review and update user guides to reflect new application features and usage.
• Status Reporting: Report weekly on issue statuses and system resource utilization.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Engineering;
• Technical skills in scripting for iALM applications, GitLab, Jira, Confluence and other DevSecOps tools;
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)/QA processes;
• 2 years experience of maintaining DevSecOps system/ALM application such as Microfocus/OpenText solutions will be added advantage;
• Good analytical and problem solving skills;
• Worked in user-centric environment with focus on quality delivery.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision under tight schedules.
