Our client is a German-Singapore company with operations across Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. As part of one of the world's largest water and wastewater treatment groups, they provide innovative solutions with integrated IoT capabilities for diverse industries such as Food & Beverage, Textile, Aqua-Culture, Power Plant, Semiconductor, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Automobile & Tire and others.

What you'll be doing?

Cloud Management: Oversee the migration and management of the Azure environment, ensuring optimal performance and security.

IT Infrastructure: Manage and maintain the company's servers, networks, and hardware to support smooth operations.

Cybersecurity Implementation: Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies to protect company data and systems from threats.

Incident Response: Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents, implementing effective remediation measures.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure IT systems are secure and accessible.

Technology Innovation: Research and recommend new technologies to enhance the organization's IT security posture.

User Support: Provide technical guidance and training to end-users on best IT security practices.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of IT infrastructure and security processes for future reference.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest IT and cybersecurity trends to drive ongoing enhancements.

Who are they looking for?

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field to provide a strong foundation in IT concepts.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity to bring valuable insights to the role.

Technical Expertise: Strong skills in network administration, server management, cloud computing, and security technologies.

Security Implementation: Proficiency in implementing and maintaining various security controls to protect the organization.

Automation Skills: Experience with scripting and automation tools to streamline IT operations and improve efficiency.
