Job summary

An international technology and engineering company in Singapore is seeking IT Infrastructure Project Managers to lead high-value projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computing and 3-4 years’ project management experience, ideally in high-security environments. Responsibilities include defining project scopes, managing budgets, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Computing or Computer Science or IT related field.
• Min. 3-4 years’ experience as a skilled Project Manager handling million-dollar value IT infrastructure related projects.
• Bonus if supported high-security government projects that require G50 security clearance prior.
• Project Management related Certifications (I.e. PMP – Project Management Professional Certificate or CITPM) will be a plus.
• Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of software development.
• Excellent analytical skills to identify risks and solve problems which may arise throughout the project.
• Mathematical and budgeting skills.
• A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
• Define resource requirements and manage resource availability & allocation for both internal and third parties.
• Outline budgets based on requirements and track costs to deliver project on budget.
• Prepare detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
• Manage delivery of the project according to this plan.
• Track project and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
• Manage and adjust to changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Manage relationship with the clients and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

Location: Various Project Locations

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Standard Office Hours
