Job summary

A leading recruitment company in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to deliver high-quality projects within budget and schedule. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years in IT Project Management and a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field. Strong knowledge of networking, cloud, and security systems is essential. Job description

Responsibility

• Responsible for the start-to-finish delivery of projects

• Responsible for delivery of projects of a high quality, within budget and according to agreed schedule and users requirements

• Actively plan and manage project scope, schedules and resources on the project

• Monitor resource utilization to facilitate planning & scheduling of resources

• Lead diverse teams of stakeholders (internal and external)

• Identify, assess and manage the risks of the project and take appropriate mitigation actions

• Manage project scope creep and mitigate it when it occurs, manage changes in users requirements according to Change Control processes, schedule slippage, technical problems and shortages of resources

• Ensures timely submission of reports for projects

• Work closely with clients to ensure timely closure of contractual milestone for billing

The Individual and their Experience:

• A minimum of 4 years in IT Project Management (preferably mid to large scale ICT projects)

• Bachelor Degree in IT/Computer Science or related

• Technically competent with strong knowledge of networking, cloud and security systems.

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
