COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our client is a finance services company which has a long history of providing various financial services in the region.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

PC Setup and Configuration:

  • Day to day helpdesk

  • Install and configure computer hardware, operation systems, and applications.

  • Setup and initial settings for new computers

  • PC troubleshooting, maintenance, and support

Day-to-day Helpdesk Functions:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support via phone, email, or in-person.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

  • Communicate with system vendors to resolve technical issues and coordinate maintenance.

  • Collaborate with headquarters IT team to ensure alignment with corporate IT policies and standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Degree or Diploma with major in IT, system engineer, computer science, or related field.

Experience:

  • Basic knowledge about Windows OS.

  • Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

  • Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.

  • Business level Japanese language skill to align with vendors and HQ closely.
