Job description
Overview

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the candidate will be supporting Information Technology (IT) governance function under IT & Operations Department.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in alignment with internal controls and regulatory requirements (e.g. MAS TRM, Cybersecurity Act).
  • Assist in maintaining the IT risk register, tracking control effectiveness, and preparing compliance and risk reports.
  • Coordinate with Risk Management, Compliance, and external auditors or service providers to support audit readiness and track issue remediation.
  • Prepare materials and assist with external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews (e.g. MAS, SWIFT attestation).
  • Maintain records of IT systems, software, and hardware assets.
  • Support vendor sourcing, onboarding, contract renewals, and procurement processes in accordance with IT and regulatory standards.
  • Collect and organize IT data to support risk dashboards, audit responses, and compliance reporting.
  • Assist in the implementation of secure and compliant data handling practices across departments.
  • Ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements
  • Preferably bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Information Systems.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!
  • Familiarity in the FI industry best practices and familiar with local regulations such as MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines, MAS Outsourcing Guidelines and Cyber Security Act, etc. is an advantage.
