Duties & Responsibilities:

• Log Calls: Ensure all calls are logged with clear problem descriptions, resolution steps, and activities carried out during the troubleshooting process.

• Remote Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues remotely using your technical skills.

• On-Site Support: Provide on-site support when remote resolution fails.

• Equipment Setup: Set up and configure desktops, laptops, copiers, printers, and other peripherals.

• Network Setup: Setup and test networks to ensure connectivity and functionality.

• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks on IT equipment to avoid issues before they arise.

• Manage IT Inventory: Maintain an organized IT inventory, ensuring the availability and readiness of required equipment.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with setting up, testing, and troubleshooting networks.

• Experience in setting up various IT devices like desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

• Proficiency in various operating systems.

• Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques, and knowing when on-site support is necessary.
