Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support the company’s IT systems, ensuring smooth operations
  • Monitor and implement basic cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and infrastructure
  • Track, escalate and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
  • Set up and configure computers, email accounts, printers, and other IT equipment for employees
  • Assist with software installations, updates, and integration with existing systems
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and user access records
  • Collaborate with the teams to align technology with business needs
  • Undertake additional projects or duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of IT infrastructure
