Job summary

Stellar Link Partners Pte. Ltd. is seeking an MIS / IT Executive / Applications Specialist to support and enhance business systems across the organization’s operations in the food and beverage sector.

This hands-on role involves working with business users and contributing to continuous system improvements. The ideal candidate holds an IT-related diploma or higher, with at least 3 years of IT support experience, exposure to SaaS environments (Microsoft 365), and ERP/WMS experience such as

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Exposure to SaaS environments, especially Microsoft 365.
• Experience with ERP or WMS/business applications such as Microsoft Business Central and Jet Reports is highly preferred.
• Understanding of logistics or operational processes is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day reliability and performance of business applications, internal systems, and company websites.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth system operations.
• Participate in IT and business solution projects, including system design, implementation, and enhancements.
• Perform system integration testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Provide user support, incident tracking, escalation, and timely closure of system issues.
• Conduct end-user training to improve adoption and effective use of applications.
• Design and develop internal applications and user-facing reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and user experience.
• Take on other IT-related responsibilities as required.

Our client is a well-established, fast-growing organization within the food and beverage sector, operating across multiple business lines including import & distribution, food processing, and retail dining concepts. With a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and digital enablement, they are expanding their IT team and are looking for an MIS / IT Executive / Applications Specialist to support and enhance their business systems.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working hands-on with applications, collaborating with business users, and contributing to continuous system improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day reliability and performance of business applications, internal systems, and company websites


• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth system operations
