About this role:
We are looking for an experienced IT Executive to provide both first and second level support for our organization's infrastructure and applications. The successful candidate will work closely with the IT team to maintain and optimize our IT systems, provide support to end-users, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
User & Infrastructure Support
Provided L1/L2 support for hardware, software, printers, and networks, resolving 95% of issues within 1 day.
Troubleshot Windows, Office 365, Zoom, and other apps.
Performed system maintenance, patching, and VM upgrades.
Managed IT assets, updating changes within 1 day.
IT Infrastructure & Networking
Maintained servers, firewalls, APs, routers, and CCTV across multiple stores.
Ensured network uptime; resolved connectivity issues onsite or via vendor escalation.
IT Security
Enforced 2FA, password policies, and conditional access for MS 365.
Configured SPF, DKIM, DMARC; applied sensitivity labels for data protection.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Supported ERP, POS, HR, and AES projects; led digital initiatives and cloud migrations.
Managed IT ticketing system and surveys (e.g., 4.7/5 rating for AES support).
Handled SharePoint, Azure File Storage, SEO setup, and SAP BC user onboarding.
Documentation & Training
Maintained guides and renewal records, updating within 3 days.
Created user-friendly support materials based on business needs.
Vendor & Project Management
Coordinated with 10+ vendors for infrastructure, store setups, and installations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-4 years’ experience in IT support, infrastructure, and systems management.
Strong technical knowledge in Windows Server, AD, Exchange, Office 365, and networking.
Experience with Azure, VMware/Hyper-V, and MDM platforms (e.g., Intune, SureMDM, Esper.io).
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance skills.
Clear communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset with strong ownership in business-aligned IT support.
